Pixelview is distributed over 20 regions to be close to you and your customers.
Dedicated Instance
Your Security is Our Priority
For each customer, we deploy a dedicated instance of the Pixelview server to contain your stream and viewers to a secure environment only you use without sharing with other customers.
Region Selection
Switch to a region close to you and your viewers
- Log in to your admin panel
- Navigate to Settings → Server Configuration
- Select your preferred Region
- Choose the appropriate Color Space
- Click Save Changes
Note: It takes around 60s to deploy and update your server.
If you are having trouble with a stream, try switching to a nearby region.

Troubleshooting
Stream Issues
If your stream stutters or has connection problems:
- Click "Restart Server" in your admin panel
- Try a different region (if you're on v3)
- Switch to a region closer to you or your viewers
- It takes around 60s to deploy to the new region
